The ADHD app that waits for you, doesn't chase you.
No streaks to chase. No messages that make you feel bad when you skip a day. Just gentle tools for the rough days — and Hop, always waiting for you.
Skipping a day isn't failing.
Other apps punish you for skipping a day. DopaHop does three things differently — and that's why it stays on your phone.
Hop waits for you. Always.
Even if you come back after a rough week, Hop is right there. No scolding, no "you lost your streak." A little friend who grows with you whenever you spend a bit of time together.
No streaks, no guilt.
No red numbers, no nagging notifications, no messages that make you feel like a failure. Skip a day and tomorrow is just another day.
Your data stays on your phone.
Mood, meds, thoughts, routines: it all lives on your device. No account, no server, nobody analyzing what you wrote during a 3 a.m. spiral.
Gentle tools, not productivity gurus.
The things that actually help when you have ADHD. Turn on what you need, ignore the rest. You decide.
Pomodoro for when you can't get started
25 minutes, one thing at a time. Tap start and that's it: the timer runs itself, you just do the thing. When it rings, you've finished something real — and you can see it.
Meds reminders that don't nag
A notification at the right time with three buttons: Taken, In 10 min, Skipped. All from the notification, no need to open the app. Miss a dose and nobody scolds you.
Brain dump to clear your head
Ten seconds to get a thought out before it slips away. Come back to it whenever, then turn it into a to-do or shopping list with one gesture. No more lost thoughts.
Task breakdown when you freeze up
"Write the thesis" becomes "open the document." "Clean the kitchen" becomes "move one mug." Five concrete steps, because starting is the hard part.
Routines you build your way
Drag the steps into whatever order you want. Tap "Start" and the app walks you through them one by one, with a built-in timer and a pause whenever you need it. Only what you decide.
Mood check-in in ten seconds
Three taps: how you feel, your energy, an optional tag. The weekly chart helps you spot the better days and the harder ones. No journals, no forms.
Focus sounds in the background
Rain, lofi, brown noise, café, ocean and more. They play in the background while you do something else, and stop with one tap from the home screen. No account, no subscription.
"When did I last do that?"
For the occasional things you always forget: bed sheets, the pharmacy, calling mom. See at a glance how many days it's been, no remembering required.
Home, one room at a time
Quick things grouped by room, with timers tuned for ADHD brains. When you don't know where to start, Hop picks one for you. If you don't finish, the app stops on its own — and tomorrow it won't hand you back what you already did.
One task. One tap.
Android widgets show the thing that matters right now. One tap and you're going. No extra steps, no "open the app to find out."
For anyone tired of feeling like a failure.
For anyone who has tried ten organizing apps and each one made you feel worse. For anyone who has figured out the problem isn't discipline. For anyone looking for gentle tools, not another productivity guru.
ADHD, ADD, autism, anxiety, executive dysfunction, neurodivergence. No diagnosis needed: DopaHop works for anyone who recognizes themselves in those words.
No account. No server.
DopaHop doesn't ask for an email, a password or a social login. Everything stays on your phone.
- Your data stays on your phone only
- Nobody analyzes what you write in your brain dumps, mood entries or meds
- Export or wipe everything with one tap, whenever
- Ads only in neutral spots — never during breathing, meds, mood or focus
- Lock with fingerprint or face recognition, if you want it
The questions you ask us.
Is it really free?
Yes, all of it. Pomodoro, meds, mood, brain dump, focus sounds, Hop — all free, no limits. Small banner ads in neutral spots, never during the moments that matter (breathing, meds, focus, mood check-in).
An optional plan is coming for people who want AI tools (auto-generated tasks, transcribed voice notes) and zero ads — but the core will always stay free.
Do I have to create an account?
No. Open the app and go. No email, no password, no social login. Your data stays on your phone.
Does it work without an ADHD diagnosis?
Yes. DopaHop is built around ADHD brains, but it works for anyone who recognizes themselves: trouble starting tasks, time slipping away, thoughts that vanish, freezing up in front of big things. You don't need a diagnosis to use it.
Could my data end up somewhere?
No. DopaHop saves everything locally on your phone. There's no server in the middle for your content. The only piece that leaves your phone is the Android Advertising ID for the banners — and you can turn it off in your system settings.
Is it a medical app?
No. DopaHop is a wellness tool, not a substitute for medical advice, therapy or treatment. For medication doses, therapy or emergencies, talk to a qualified professional. In a medical emergency: call your local emergency number.
Ready for small hops?
Open the app, turn on what you need today, and Hop takes care of the rest.
